The story was that the police was chasing this guy who had robbed a store. The police in the truck was after him and as he hit the brakes, it slid across the dirt and as you can see, roll over the dude. Later spend 11 months in jail. But one month after his release, he and his girlfriend shot two people in a robbery.
More info: The police truck is a 2006 Chevy Silverado Ext Cab 1500 4x4. Weights about 5,500 lbs. But add in the weight of the police equipments, and the driver, about 6,000 lbs. Divided by 4 for the tires, and he is getting hit with about 1,500 lbs of force for a second, twice. And having 180 lbs sitting on his ass.
